Collei is a Bow User who provides off-field support in Dendro application and damage. Regarding Weapon Choices: Polar Star: While this weapon provides the highest personal damage, it is generally not recommended as team buffs provide more teamwide damage over a small increase in personal damage. Sacrificial Bow: Not recommended below [R4] due to it delaying rotation, possibly resulting in damage loss. Regarding Artifact Sets: Tenacity of the Millelith (4): Collei's Sprout damage counts as Skill damage, which allows her to be able to keep Tenacity of the Millelith (4) up during important damage windows. Generally an alternative to Noblesse Oblige (4) or Deepwood Memories (4) (or if you are already running both in a team). Gilded Dreams (4): This set is only used in a team where Collei is used to trigger reactions (i.e. Bloom/Burning teams), and does not benefit Collei if she is used as an aura. The Exile (4): An alternative option if they are placed in the same team as Cyno to help his Energy Recharge needs. Shout out to Emiliabyss#1641 for providing an in-depth reference. Prioritize Energy Recharge if her Energy Requirements are not met.

The Parting Refrain
A part of the "Millennial Movement" that wanders amidst the winds. Increases Elemental Mastery by 60/75/90/105/120. When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" effect for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" increases Elemental Mastery by 100/125/150/175/200 and increases ATK by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s. Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.

The stack of Ashen Nightstar created by the Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst will be counted independently of the others.

Plunging Attack
Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the ground, dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Floral Brush
Throws out a Floral Ring that deals 1 instance of Dendro DMG to targets it comes into contact with.
The Floral Ring will return after a set time, dealing Dendro DMG once again.
This is Collei's go-to gadget for dealing with unruly wild beasts. A few good thwacks from this tool will generally improve their behavior. This same principle works just as well on evildoers.
Trump-Card Kitty
Trusty Cuilein-Anbar comes to save the day!
Throws the doll named Cuilein-Anbar, causing an explosion that deals AoE Dendro DMG, creating a Cuilein-Anbar Zone. Cuilein-Anbar will bounce around within this zone, dealing AoE Dendro DMG.

Passive Talents
Floral Sidewinder
If one of your party members has triggered Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions before the Floral Ring returns, it will grant the character the Sprout effect upon return, which will continuously deal Dendro DMG equivalent to 40% of Collei's ATK to nearby opponents for 3s.
If another Sprout effect is triggered during its initial duration, the initial effect will be removed. DMG dealt by Sprout is considered Elemental Skill DMG.
The Languid Wood
When a character within the Cuilein-Anbar Zone triggers Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions, the Zone's duration will be increased by 1s.
A single Trump-Card Kitty can be extended by up to 3s.
Gliding Champion of Sumeru
Decreases gliding Stamina consumption for your own party members by 20%.
Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the exact same effects.
